Our processors ensure that insurance documents and claims are handled accurately and promptly, navigating through the process.

Step into a role where precision meets purpose in our Quality Control team. This position is for those who excel in accuracy, are detail-oriented, and have a keen analytical eye. What Our Teammates Say

What do I love most about working for PLP?
Well, that is easy!  The people!  The teammates here are truly that… teammates.  We truly care about each other; we collaborate and learn from each other.

I think there are other GREAT reasons to be attracted to this company too:  growth (make your career what you want to make of it…it’s up to you), culture (friendly, collaborative, supportive, caring), diversity (teammates come from all backgrounds and experiences and we value each and every one here), but most of, surrounding yourself with amazing people!

Caroline Clayborne, Talent Acquisition Manager

During my 13 years with Proctor Loan Protector, I have worked with strong teams that supported my personal growth and career advancement. I joined Proctor Loan Protector as an Insurance Associate where I gained firsthand knowledge of our business. Looking for further career advancement I leveraged our tuition reimbursement program when I obtained my master’s degree.

The application process for the program was easy, and the funding could be applied to my courses however I chose. I am proud to support a company that supports their teammates.

Andrew Floury, Regional Vice President Client Relations

My journey at Proctor began during the challenging pandemic year of 2020 as the Senior AR Associate. Through cross-functional transitions, I’ve embraced continuous learning and personal development. Proctor Loan Protector’s commitment to employee development, including comprehensive training and a supportive culture, has equipped me with the tools to succeed.

I am grateful for the opportunities that have led me to my current role as the Accounting/Cash Application Supervisor for the Ohio and Michigan locations, serving tracking, banking, and investor clients. I look forward to advancing my journey and contributing to the company’s future success.

Tara Cain, Accounting/Cash Application Supervisor

One of the most impactful aspects has been the support for continued learning, especially through the tuition reimbursement program. It has allowed me to pursue my graduate studies while balancing my professional responsibilities. The ability to advance my education without the financial burden has been a game changer, and it has contributed directly to my growth as both an HR professional and an individual.

Aside from graduate school, I recently graduated with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Human Resources Management. As a result of the new skills and knowledge I gained through my studies, I was also honored to receive a promotion, which has been a key milestone in my career. After being with Proctor Loan Protector for one year, I am so proud to be part of a company that not only invests in its employees’ growth but also recognizes and rewards their efforts.
