NFIP Authorization Update
On September 30, 2022, the president signed legislation passed by Congress that extends federal government funding, including the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) to December 16, 2022.
Congress must now reauthorize the NFIP by 11:59 p.m. on December 16, 2022.
Proctor Loan Protector will continue to monitor the reauthorization by Congress and provide updates as they are received.
