NFIP Reauthorization
Dear Client,
Congress approved a continuing appropriations bill (H.R. 4378) which would prevent a government shutdown and extend funding of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through November 21, 2019. The NFIP was set to expire at the end of the fiscal year on Monday, September 30, 2019. President Trump is expected to sign the bill.
