PFI Sales Team Shines at Annual Brown & Brown Meeting

Proctor Financial’s sales team took home a few coveted trophies this past weekend during the annual Brown and Brown Meeting held in Orlando, Florida, for all of B&B’s offices throughout the United States. Proctor Financial is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brown and Brown, Inc.

Damon Laprade won the “Top Gun” Award for the programs division and Bryan Sommerland was the first runner up! In past years, John Neubauer and Darrell Abbott both have won this coveted sales award.  Congratulations Damon!

“He has worked really hard this year to achieve this goal and we are really proud of his accomplishments,” said Diane Whipple, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We are also proud of Bryan who took runner up – which I think is a first to have two PFI employees neck and neck for Brown & Brown’s New Business sales award.”

The team also had a few members grab the coveted Savoy Award, which was created last year, where Darrell Abbott took home the honors.  This award is given to producers who not only have a minimum book of business but also generate new business in the current year to qualify for Tangle B Clubs.

“In 2010, we are proud to announce  Damon Laprade, Bryan Sommerland and John Neubauer all earned this award,” Whipple said.  “Congratulations to all of our winners and we look forward to riding this positive momentum in 2011.”
