Compliance Department Introduces New Webinar On Demand Series

With continual regulatory changes affecting the mortgage industry, Proctor Financial, Inc. introduces a new informative webinar series for clients called “Proctor Financial´s Compliance On Demand” only accessible through PFI´s dedicated Compliance Resources area.

 

These new webinars are pre-recorded by PFI´s Compliance Department, which allows clients to determine if information is relevant to their servicing operation and they can obtain information on demand. At the end of each webinar, participants can e-mail questions and get responses from PFI´s compliance experts. The first webinar discusses the Federal Consent Orders for Mortgage Servicers.

PFI also keeps clients  informed through the Compliance Corner RSS feed on the home page and has a dedicated, Compliance Resources library that includes industry news updates with dedicated client sections for Dodd-Frank Act Tracking, GSE Servicing Announcements, FEMA Alerts, PFI´s Insurance Carriers´ information and A.M. Best ratings, Documentation Library (i.e. PFI´s SAS 70 Type II Report) and links to compliance-related websites.

IIM-Intelligent Insurance Manager users can click on “Compliance Resources” on the main black navigation bar to quickly access the latest compliance information.  Clients who do not utilize IIM can request a login/password to access compliance resources and the extensive benefits IIM has to offer to manage your Lender Placed insurance.
